About the project
ABOV Patong is a 204-unit condominium in Patong, Kathu district, from Above Patong Residence Co., Ltd., marketed as Ascott-branded residences. It is under construction and due for completion in Q4 2026.
The apartments are handed over furnished. One-bedroom units measure 50.6–59 m², and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units 57.2–108.7 m², on floors 1 to 5. Residents have a separate entrance and use of selected services at the neighbouring Ascott-managed hotel, including dining and spa.
Outside there is a 26 m saltwater-chlorinated pool, a kids’ pool with a splash pad, and a landscaped garden with a yoga pier. The indoor side has a gym, a home theatre, karaoke, a bar, a restaurant, coworking and a children’s playroom, and there is parking on site.
Freedom Beach and Simon Cabaret are each 1.8 km by road, about five minutes. Patong Beach is 1.9 km (seven minutes) and Tri Trang Beach 2.6 km, while Jungceylon, Central Patong and Bangla Road are 3.2–3.4 km away. The airport is 26 km in a straight line.
After the reservation fee and contract payment come six down payments, with the balance due on transfer of ownership.
