About the project
Dcondo Cove is a 68-unit condominium Sansiri is building in Kathu, Phuket, due for completion in Q2 2027.
The design takes its cue from a secluded cove ringed by hills: the buildings sit among greenery around shaded inner courtyards. Apartments occupy floors 5 to 7. One-bedroom units range from 24 to 34.5 m², and two-bedroom units are about 52 m².
Two international schools are a short drive away. Kajonkiet International School Phuket is 2.2 km by road and QSI International School of Phuket 2.5 km, both about six minutes; Tiger Kingdom Phuket is 3.1 km. In a straight line, Central Phuket is 3.2 km, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 3.4 km, Patong Beach 6.3 km and the airport 23 km.
For downtime there are pools with a jacuzzi, a garden, a sunbathing area and yoga lawns. For work there is a coworking space, a meeting room and a conference hall. A reception, a fitness centre and a laundry round things out, with round-the-clock security, CCTV and Sansiri’s own property management.
The payment schedule has four stages: booking, contract, a down payment and the balance on transfer.
