About the project
MGallery Residences MontAzure is a 54-unit residential part of the MontAzure complex in Kamala, on Phuket’s west coast, due in Q4 2026. Developed by Kamala Beach Resort and Hotel Management Co., Ltd., it will run under Accor’s MGallery brand, with Accor privileges for owners.
Kamala Beach is about 1.3 km in a straight line, or 2.7 km and ten minutes by road. Phuket FantaSea is 2 km away, Laem Singh Beach 4.7 km and Surin Beach 5.8 km; the airport is roughly 17 km straight-line.
Apartments sit on floors 1 to 6: studios of 47–54 m², one-bedrooms of 60–73 m² and two-bedrooms of 125–145 m², the latter only up to the fourth floor.
The grounds wrap around quiet lakes, with a nature trail and jogging track. There are leisure and lap pools, a children’s pool and a pool bar, a clubhouse with lobby lounge, a spa, a gym, covered and open-air training areas, playgrounds and an all-day restaurant, plus a shuttle to MontAzure’s beachfront and its beach clubs.
Units are sold freehold with a 1% registration fee, payable in three instalments. The developer, a joint venture of Thai, Hong Kong and Singapore investors, has been active since 2015.
