About the project
Citygate Exclusive Development is building Citygate De Phuket, a 318-unit condominium in Kamala, Kathu district, with completion planned for Q2 2028.
The range covers one-bedroom apartments of 46 m², two-bedroom units of 72 m² on the first two floors, and three-bedroom homes from 81 to 191 m², across floors 1 to 6. Some layouts are duplexes, and some come with their own pool.
Phuket FantaSea is 810 m by road, four minutes away. Kamala Beach is 1.6 km (five minutes) and Rayee Beach 2.4 km. In a straight line, Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are about 5.8 and 5.9 km off, and the airport 18 km.
There will be a rooftop bar, a park, a coffee shop and a club, along with a children’s playroom, a workout area and parking.
Units are sold freehold, with a 3.3% registration fee, or leasehold at 1.1%. Payment is split into five instalments, from contract signing to a final payment.
