About the project
Coralina Kamala is a 482-unit condominium planned by Rhom Bho Property PLC in Kamala, Kathu district. The project is still at the planning stage, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.
Kamala Beach is 670 m by road, about two minutes’ drive, and Phuket FantaSea is closer still at 370 m. Rayee Beach and Laem Singh Beach are 2.6–2.7 km away. In a straight line, Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are about 5.5–5.7 km off and the airport 18 km.
One-bedroom units of 30–49 m² and two-bedroom units of 64–122 m² are spread over floors 1 to 7, with 128 m² three-bedrooms on the 7th floor.
Around 2,900 m² of the site is set aside for greenery. Water features include a 30 m lap pool, a lagoon pool, a natural lagoon for aqua therapy, a kids’ pool with a waterscape and jacuzzi pods; the developer also mentions a rooftop pool with panoramic views.
