About the project
The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort is a 60-unit residential building at the InterContinental hotel in Kamala, in the Kathu district on Phuket’s west coast. Proud Real Estate PCL is the developer, with completion scheduled for Q4 2027.
Proud is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It was founded in 1989, took its current name in 2019 and also built InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.
Kamala Beach is 2.7 km by road, about 11 minutes, or 1.2 km in a straight line. Phuket FantaSea is 2 km away, Laem Singh Beach 4.7 km and Surin Beach 5.8 km. The airport is roughly 17 km straight-line.
One-bedroom apartments run from 59 to 76 m² and two-bedroom units from 100 to 179 m². The 7th floor holds the larger homes: a three-bedroom of 215 m², a four-bedroom of 201 m² and a five-bedroom of 425 m².
Residents get a 25-metre hydrotherapy lap pool, a shallow family pool, a fitness studio, a rooftop yoga and meditation pavilion, a club, a reading zone and a conference hall, along with concierge, housekeeping, in-residence dining and security.
Payment comes in three parts: the contract fee, an instalment within 30 days and the balance at the ownership transfer. Transfer costs are shared 50/50.
