About the project
Rhom Bho Property PLC is building The Title Vivana, a 319-unit condominium with Italian coastal styling, in Kamala, Kathu district. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028.
Kamala Beach is a five-minute drive, 1.9 km by road, and residents will have a shuttle to it. Phuket FantaSea is even closer at 1.4 km. Laguna Golf Phuket, UWC Thailand and Boat Avenue are all 5.7–5.9 km away in a straight line, and the airport about 18 km.
There are one-bedroom units of 30–56 m² and two-bedroom units of 60–129 m², on floors 1 to 7. Three-bedroom apartments of 114–123 m² are found only on the 7th floor.
Residents get a lap pool, a children’s pool, a natural lagoon for aqua therapy and jacuzzis by the lagoon and on the roof, along with a slope jogging track, training areas and a sauna with a steam room. A Sala pavilion with a shared kitchen, a terrace bar, a BBQ terrace, coworking and meeting rooms, a park, laundry, a kids’ playroom and a pet zone fill out the plan.
Buyers can choose freehold or leasehold, each with a 1% registration fee, and pay in five steps ending at the ownership transfer. Rhom Bho’s other Kamala project is Coralina Kamala.
