How we check project data
Prices, unit availability, construction status and completion dates change every week. That is why we check every project against its sources on a schedule and show the date of the last check on its page.
Where the data comes from
We collect data from several sources and cross-check them: developer documents, other professional platforms, government registries and open sources. Each project has its own set of sources, and it is checked against them.
How often
Checks run twice a day, 10–15 projects each time, so every project is checked roughly every 10–15 days. Projects whose completion date has come and projects someone asked to re-check go first.
What happens to discrepancies
When a source says something different from us — another price, completion date or status, units sold — the site does not change by itself. A member of our team reviews the discrepancy, and only then is the project page updated. When the completion quarter is over and the project is still under construction, we check its status separately.
What “Data checked” means
The date under a project’s key facts is the last day its data matched the source or the discrepancies were resolved. If the last check was more than 30 days ago, the note is not shown.
Good to know
The data comes from developers and may change between checks. Before booking, confirm the current price and availability with the developer’s sales manager — send a request from the project page.
