Consent to personal data processing

By sending a form on estate.surf with the consent box ticked, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Alexandrovich Sorochan (Russian Federation, INN 632135171257, OGRNIP 318774600120860, address: Moscow, Russian Federation; the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data. Name, phone number, e‑mail, messenger and my handle in it, my message and request details (project, property type, site language) that I entered in the form, as well as my IP address, browser details, the page the request was sent from and the referring site, UTM tags and the browser identifier from a cookie.

2. Purposes. Handling my request: contacting me via the details I gave, clarifying my request, advising me and shortlisting projects, arranging a call with the developer’s sales manager and passing the request to them; protecting the site against spam.

3. Operations. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — automated and manual.

4. Who may receive the data.

  • The developer of the project whose page the request was sent from (its name is shown on that page and in the form), and, if I asked for a shortlist, the developers of the projects I ask to be contacted about — so that they can contact me and prepare an offer.
  • The Telegram messenger — to notify the Operator’s team about the request.

5. International transfers. I agree to my data being transferred to the developer and to Telegram outside the Russian Federation, including to countries that may not ensure adequate protection of data subjects’ rights (in particular, to the country where the project’s developer is located).

6. Term. Until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from my last contact, or until I withdraw my consent.

7. Withdrawal. I can withdraw my consent by writing to hello@estate.surf. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless it has other legal grounds to process it.
