Ten large villas make up Banyan Tree Beach Residences Aegir, set in Pasak in the Bang Tao area, within the gated Laguna Phuket estate. Banyan Group Residences finished construction in Q3 2024.
Layan Beach lies roughly 210 m away in a straight line; by road it is 1.1 km, three minutes in the car. Bang Tao Beach is a 3.4 km, nine-minute drive. Straight-line figures put Boat Avenue at 2.0 km, Laguna Golf Phuket at 2.3 km and the airport at 11 km.
Every villa has 793 m² with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Terraces face the ocean, the private pool has a jacuzzi area, and flexible rooms can be set up as a home office, a playroom or a cinema.
Owners have access to Laguna’s dining, shopping and spa, the Laguna Golf Phuket course, a concierge and professional property management.
