About the project
Lakelands Waterfront Villas is a group of 14 lakeside villas in Laguna Lakelands, the green, wooded part of Laguna Phuket in Bang Tao. Banyan Group Residences is building them, and completion is planned for Q4 2027.
All the villas are single-storey, 556 m² homes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Bedrooms open onto internal courtyards and a terrace by the private pool, and the lake is in view.
Walking trails run through the surrounding forest. Owners can use the resort’s central hub and its sports and water facilities, with concierge and maintenance services on hand.
