The Harmony by Wallaya Villas is a 37-villa development in Si Sunthon, Thalang district, Phuket, built by Wallaya Villas Development Co., Ltd. Construction is still in progress (the developer posts monthly construction updates), and completion is now expected in Q4 2026.
There are two villa sizes. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house of 272 m² has a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. The five-bedroom residence is far larger at 897 m², with a pool deck and separate rooms for work or relaxation. Every villa has a private pool.
HeadStart International School is 2.3 km away by road, a six-minute drive. In a straight line, UWC Thailand is 1.7 km away, Laguna Golf Phuket 2.5 km, Boat Avenue 2.7 km, Bang Tao Beach 3.5 km and the airport 13 km.
Six payments track the build: reservation, contract signing 30 days later, completion of the structure and roof, plastering and M&E works, finishing with tiles, windows and built-in furniture, and the transfer.
