About the project
Punyisa Casua is a six-villa project in Si Sunthon, in the Bang Jo area between the Heroines Monument and Laguna. M2 Plus Co., Ltd. is building it, with completion expected in Q4 2027.
These are big houses: the three-bedroom villa has 665 m² and three bathrooms, the five-bedroom one 1,053 m² and five bathrooms. Both come with a private pool and an integrated smart-home system specified with Sonos, Lutron, B&W and Kohler.
Mary Pakamard founded M2 Plus in 2005 as a design studio; the company now handles architecture, construction and fit-out in-house, including furniture from its own factory.
