About the project
The Teak is a project of 17 pool villas in Pasak, in the Bang Tao area of Thalang, from The Teak Property. It is under construction with completion set for Q3 2027.
Four-bedroom villas range from 248 to 567 m², and five-bedroom ones from 567 to 577 m². Each has a private pool and a bathroom for every bedroom.
Laguna Golf Phuket is 1.3 km away in a straight line, Boat Avenue 1.5 km, Bang Tao Beach 2.5 km, UWC Thailand 3 km and the airport 12 km.
