About the project
The Baya Villa is a set of just three private-pool villas in Si Sunthon, Thalang, by boutique developer The Baya Property. Construction is under way, with completion planned for Q4 2027.
UWC Thailand is about 2.4 km away in a straight line, Laguna Golf Phuket 2.8 km and Boat Avenue 3 km. Bang Tao Beach is 4 km off and the airport 12 km.
Three-bedroom villas measure 373 m² and four-bedroom villas 419–450 m², each with four bathrooms and its own pool. An architect and an interior design team worked on the scheme together, using clean lines, geometric volumes and materials chosen to sit well in the landscape.
Payment is split into seven stages. The contract is signed 21 days after reservation, followed by instalments at the foundation, structure, walls and roof, and floor, door and window stages, with the last payment at completion and handover.
