Botanica Lakeside II is a 13-villa community set around a lake in Layan, Thalang district, on Phuket’s north-west coast. Botanica Luxury Villas completed it in Q4 2024.
Layan Beach is 2.9 km by road, about eight minutes away. Straight-line distances: Nai Thon Beach 2.5 km, Boat Avenue 4.4 km, Laguna Golf Phuket 4.6 km and the airport 8.2 km.
The architecture is tropical Balinese, with natural materials throughout. Three-bedroom villas are 329–330 m² and four-bedroom villas 410–624 m², all with four bathrooms. Every house is handed over with a private pool, built-in kitchen and wardrobes, air conditioning and a landscaped garden.
