The Regent Villa (Pasak) II is the second villa phase by Regent Land Co., Ltd. in Pasak, in the Bang Tao area close to Laguna and Boat Avenue. It comprises eight pool villas. The phase was completed in May 2025.
Laguna Golf Phuket is 1.5 km away in a straight line, Boat Avenue 1.6 km, Bang Tao Beach 2.7 km, UWC Thailand 3.1 km and the airport 12 km.
Both villa types offer the same 347.6 m² and four bathrooms, with either three or four bedrooms. Interiors are open-plan, with floor-to-ceiling glazing and warm natural materials. Each villa has its own pool, sun terrace, garden and parking inside a guarded perimeter.
The purchase takes three steps: reservation, contract signing 30 days later and payment on transfer of ownership. According to Regent Land, the first phase, The Regent Villa Pasak with 15 villas, was completed between late 2023 and early 2024.
