About the project
Salila Sol is a five-villa project in Pasak, part of Bang Tao in Phuket’s Thalang district, due for completion in Q4 2027. It marks the move to Phuket for Riva Development, a Bangkok developer whose city work includes De Residence on Ekkamai–Ramintra and projects around Rama 9.
There are two villa types: 500 m² with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and 594 m² with five of each. The contemporary architecture carries Thai detailing, and inside there are generous living and dining rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and bedrooms that look onto the private pool and landscaped garden.
Laguna Golf Phuket is only about 730 m away in a straight line and Boat Avenue roughly 1 km. By road, Bang Tao Beach is 2.8 km (nine minutes) and HeadStart International School 5.1 km (13 minutes); the airport is about 13 km straight-line.
The seven-stage payment plan covers reservation, the sales agreement, four construction milestones (piling and foundation, concrete frame, walls with windows and MEP, built-ins and finishing) and a final payment on completion.
