About the project
VIVE Phuket is a gated enclave of nine pool villas in Thep Krasattri, Thalang district, by Land and Houses Public Company Limited, a Thai developer founded in 1973. It is under construction, with completion due in Q4 2026.
Every villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, from 448 to 524 m², and a private pool. Inside are double-height spaces and long corridors, and the bedrooms follow a room-within-a-room idea, each with its own small garden for light and cross-ventilation.
The site plan is symmetrical, inspired by the shape of a diamond, with a double security gate at the entrance and green buffers between the houses.
By road, Wat Phra Nang Sang is 1.1 km away (four minutes) and Wat Phra Thong 2.8 km. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are both 3.6 km away in a straight line, Layan Beach 3.9 km and the airport about 10 km.
After reservation and contract signing, buyers pay monthly instalments up to a final payment.
