Baan Azalea Phuket is building Terra Azalea, a pair of four-bedroom pool villas in Thep Krasattri, Thalang. Handover is planned for Q2 2027.
Each villa is 235 m² with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and its own pool. The dining area opens into the lounge and the living spaces lead out to terraces. By the pool there is a barbecue area and an outdoor dining spot; inside, a pantry, and walk-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
The airport is close, about 5.9 km in a straight line. Nai Yang Beach is roughly 4.6 km away, Boat Avenue 6.8 km, Laguna Golf Phuket 6.9 km and UWC Thailand 8.4 km, all measured the same way.
Payments track construction. After a reservation agreement, the contract is signed within 30 days, followed by five instalments tied to the foundation, the concrete frame, walls and roof, finishes and interiors, and finally the ownership transfer and handover. Registration costs are split 50/50.
