All villas have three bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 325 to 653 m². Each bedroom is a master suite with its own bathroom and bathtub. Outside, every villa gets a private pool with a barbecue area and terraces set among greenery beside a small natural stream.
By road, Wat Phra Nang Sang is 4.1 km away (nine minutes) and Wat Phra Thong 5.8 km. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are 3.7–3.8 km away in a straight line, UWC Thailand 4.1 km, Layan Beach 4.2 km and the airport about 10 km.
