Erawana Creek is a community of 18 pool villas in Thep Krasattri, Thalang district, being built by Erawana Co., Ltd. The developer has worked in Phuket since 2002 and is part of the SEACON group. Completion is set for Q4 2026.
The houses follow a modern tropical style with high ceilings and wide glazing, and their L-shaped plan wraps around a private pool and garden. Three-bedroom, four-bathroom villas measure 343–449 m²; the four-bedroom, five-bathroom type is 532 m². Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
The airport is only 7.4 km away in a straight line. Layan Beach is 4.8 km, Boat Avenue 5.5 km, Laguna Golf Phuket 5.6 km and UWC Thailand 6.9 km, all measured the same way.
