About the project
The Place Thalang is a small development of nine private-pool villas in Si Sunthon, Thalang, being built by local developer Promphun Place Co., Ltd. Completion is planned for Q4 2026.
Makro and Lotus’s hypermarkets and Thalang Hospital are nearby. UWC Thailand is about 2 km away in a straight line, Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue 4.7–4.9 km, Bang Tao Beach 5.8 km and the airport 13 km.
Three-bedroom villas measure 123–175 m² and the four-bedroom model 188 m². Each comes with its own pool, a shaded private terrace and a garden, and is handed over with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a fitted kitchen and a furniture package. The estate has 24-hour security.
Payment is made in five stages, from reservation through construction milestones and roof completion to the transfer of ownership. Promphun Place concentrates on Thalang and Pa Khlok, where it completed Baan Promphun Paklok, a project of nearly 300 units, around 2009.
