Serrana Lakefront Pool Villas is a 20-villa enclave in Si Sunthon, Thalang district, under construction by Arna Development and due in Q1 2028. As the name says, the houses sit by a lake, and the developer lists lake views among their features.
There are two types: three-bedroom villas with four bathrooms at 426 m², and four-bedroom villas with six bathrooms at 501–515 m². Every one has a private pool.
UWC Thailand is just 930 m away in a straight line, and Life School Phuket is 1.6 km by road, three minutes’ drive. Laguna Golf Phuket, Boat Avenue and Royal Phuket Marina are 4.7–5.4 km away and Bang Tao Beach 5.4 km, again in a straight line; the airport is 15 km.
