Narinsaya Pool Villas is the flagship project of Sapphaisan 789 LTD., Co: nine single-storey pool villas under construction in Sakhu, Thalang, in the north-west of Phuket. Completion is planned for Q4 2026.
The site is close to both the coast and the airport, with Nai Yang Beach about 1.8 km and Phuket airport 4.8 km away in a straight line. Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket are around 8.1–8.3 km off, UWC Thailand 11 km.
Buyers choose between two-bedroom villas of 150 m² and three-bedroom villas of 165 m², each with a bathroom per bedroom. The living and dining area is open-plan, finished in warm natural textures, and every villa has its own pool, a sun terrace and covered parking.
Payment is split into five stages tied to construction: contract signing, foundation, structure and roof, walls and utilities, and finally handover and transfer. The developer also lists the Rawai Luxe by Narinsaya townhouses in Rawai.
