Aileen Villas Phase 6 Naithon Hills is a pre-construction project of five single-storey pool villas on a gentle hillside in Sakhu, between Nai Thon and Nai Yang beaches. It is the sixth phase of Trinity Property Co., Ltd.'s Aileen series; sales have opened and completion is planned for Q2 2027.
The airport is just 5.7 km away in a straight line, with Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket further off at 7.3 and 7.6 km. By road, Nai Thon and Nai Thon Noi beaches are 2.4 km away, about five minutes’ drive.
The two-bedroom villa covers 180 m²; three-bedroom villas range from 205 to 290 m². Living and dining areas are open-plan, kitchens are modern, and each villa has its own pool and a covered parking space.
Payment comes in seven stages, from the reservation deposit and a contract signed within 30 days to the land registration transfer, with four instalments linked to construction progress in between. Trinity has already completed two other Aileen phases in Sakhu: Tropico (Phase 2) and Phase 3 The Scenery.
