Aileen Villas Phase 3 The Scenery is a three-villa phase of Trinity Property Co., Ltd.'s Aileen series in Sakhu, in Phuket’s Thalang district. It was completed in Q4 2024, and the houses are ready for occupancy.
Each villa is a different size: two bedrooms on 160.5 m², three bedrooms on 270 m², or four bedrooms on 271.5 m², each with a matching number of bathrooms. Interiors are open-plan with high ceilings, and wide glass doors lead out to a terrace and private pool.
The site is gated, with round-the-clock security and CCTV, shared landscaped gardens and private parking.
Nai Thon and Nai Thon Noi beaches are 2.3 km away by road, roughly five minutes by car. The airport is 5.9 km away in a straight line, and Boat Avenue about 7.2 km.
