About the project
Maison Sky Villas is a set of eight villas on a green hillside in Nai Yang, close to Phuket airport in the north of the island. Maison Development Co., Ltd is building them, with completion due in Q1 2028.
The airport is the nearest landmark at 2.1 km by road, a six-minute drive. Nai Yang Beach is about 2.7 km in a straight line, but the road route is 9.8 km and takes around 18 minutes; Splash Jungle Water Park is a similar drive at 10 km.
Each villa has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool and sea views, in sizes from 318 to 384 m². Living room and kitchen share one open space, covered rooftop areas are set up for entertaining, and parking is secured.
Freehold carries a 6.3% registration fee, paid entirely by the buyer, and leasehold a 1.1% fee. The seven payments run from reservation and contract signing within 30 days through foundation, concrete structure, walls and door frames and decoration to handover.
The developer’s work was recognised at the Dot Property Awards 2023 in a category for boutique pool villa design.
