About the project
Botanica Skyport is a five-villa project in Nai Yang, Thalang district, built by Botanica Luxury Villas right next to Phuket International Airport. It is under construction, with completion planned for Q4 2027.
The airport is 1.2 km by road, a four-minute drive, and Sirinat National Park is 2.1 km. Nai Yang Beach is only 1.7 km away in a straight line, yet the drive there comes to about 12 km and 17 minutes. Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket are both around 11 km off.
Each of the five houses has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 340–361 m² of floor area and its own pool.
Villas are built to a fixed timeline: 14 months from signing the sale and purchase agreement, or 16 months fully furnished. Payment comes in three parts (a reservation deposit, the agreement within 30 days and the balance at transfer), and freehold registration fees are shared 50/50.
