About the project
Akra Collection Layan is a development of 16 villas in Layan, in the Thalang district of north-west Phuket, under construction for completion in Q2 2027. Its developer, Akra Layan Co., Ltd., is run by the entrepreneur behind the Office Central building on Bangkok’s Sukhumvit.
Three beaches are a five-to-seven-minute drive away: Layan (2.2 km), Banana Beach (2.3 km) and Trisara (2.7 km). Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket are about 4.4–4.6 km off in a straight line, and the airport 8.6 km.
All villas share one format with three bedrooms and three bathrooms over 467 m². The master bedroom is upstairs and the living room downstairs. Bathrooms separate the wet and dry areas, with the basin set apart from the bathtub, and each villa has an outdoor shower and toilet. Large windows, balconies, continuous flooring and direct pool access complete the layout.
For freehold purchases, registration costs are shared 50/50. Payments run in seven stages, from reservation to ownership transfer. According to the developer, each villa takes nine months to build after the sales contract is signed.
