Layan Beach is about 2 km by road, a six-minute drive. Straight-line distances put Boat Avenue at 3.3 km, Laguna Golf Phuket at 3.6 km and the airport at 9.1 km.
Payments follow construction: a reservation deposit, a contract payment within 30 days, four milestone instalments from the foundation posts through painting and door installation, and a final payment when the land registration is transferred.
