About the project
Rainpalm Villas is a completed community of 21 pool villas in Bang Tao, Phuket, between Bang Tao and Surin beaches. It was finished in Q4 2025 and is ready to move into.
Every villa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, with sizes from 303.6 to 516.6 m². Built-in furniture, kitchens and air conditioning are included, ceilings are high and the layouts are designed for natural ventilation. Each house has a private pool and its own parking, within landscaped, guarded grounds.
Pansea Beach is 2 km by road, about seven minutes, with Surin Beach at 2.2 km and Laem Singh at 2.9 km, both around eight minutes. In a straight line Bang Tao Beach is 1.5 km away, Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue 2.5–2.6 km, and the airport 15 km.
