Poetry Villas is a 15-villa pool-home development in Bang Tao, Thalang district, scheduled for completion in Q4 2026. The developer, Phattra House and Property Public Company Limited, was founded in 1993 and has been a public company since 2005.
The Bang Tao shoreline is about 320 m away in a straight line, although the road route to the beach is 3.2 km, around nine minutes. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are both about 1.2 km straight-line, UWC Thailand 4.5 km and the airport 13 km.
All villas have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with areas from 529 to 561 m². Each is planned around an inner courtyard and a sun terrace, with dense tropical planting for privacy and a private pool.
The estate has a guarded entrance, on-site management, parking and shaded walkways. Shared amenities include a fitness area, a yoga lawn, a reading corner, a residents’ café and a children’s playground.
Buyers pay in seven stages: a booking fee, the sale and purchase agreement, four construction milestones from the foundation to the finishing and built-in furniture, and a final payment on the registration date.
