About the project
Angsana Topaz is a 37-unit condominium under construction in Pasak, on the Bang Tao side of Laguna Phuket. Banyan Group Residences is developing it under Angsana, one of the brands at the core of Banyan Group, and plans to finish in Q4 2027.
Boat Avenue is around 410 m away and Laguna Golf Phuket about 710 m, both in a straight line, as are UWC Thailand (4.6 km) and the airport (12 km). Bang Tao Beach is 1.4 km by road, about four minutes’ drive.
Homes are generous: two-bedroom units run from 128 to 246 m², three-bedroom units from 194 to 374 m². Some will have private rooftop pools, others open straight onto the garden, and the outlook takes in the Laguna golf course, greenery and hills.
The signature shared feature is a ring-shaped rooftop pool. Residents also get a spa, a workout area, social and barbecue spaces and a shuttle bus, along with access to Laguna’s restaurants and spa and to RAVA Beach Club.
Payment is split into five instalments: one on signing, three at construction milestones and the last on completion.
