Art House Group’s Above Element Condominium has 263 apartments in Pasak, Bang Tao, and was completed in Q1 2026. The same series includes the Above Element Residence townhouses and Above Element Villas.
Laguna Golf Phuket is around 900 m away in a straight line and Boat Avenue 1.2 km; Bang Tao Beach is 1.9 km and the airport 13 km. By road, HeadStart International School takes about 13 minutes to reach, 5.1 km away.
Units come in two sizes: one-bedroom apartments of 38–47 m² and three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 138 m².
The roof is given over to a garden and cocktail bar. Elsewhere in the complex there are pools, a restaurant, a fitness area, a children’s play club, a reading corner and coworking, and a shuttle bus runs for residents.
