About the project
Sunny Moon Village is a development of 35 private-pool villas in Rawai, on Phuket’s southern tip, by Sunny Holding. Construction is under way, with completion set for Q3 2029.
There are three villa sizes: 149 m² with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, 162 m² with three bedrooms, and 215 m² with four. Smart-home integration is part of the specification.
Nai Harn Beach is 1.8 km by road, about four minutes. Rawai Park is 2.5 km away, the Karon (Three Beaches) Viewpoint 3.7 km and Black Rock Viewpoint 5 km, around 14 minutes. The airport is 36 km in a straight line.
For children there is a kids’ club and playgrounds; for adults a workout zone, a padel court, a spa, a coffee shop and coworking. Reception, parking and a pet-friendly area complete the list.
Seven payments follow the build: reservation, contract signing, foundation, structural works, walls and roof, finishing and key handover. Sunny Holding runs its own management company and is also building Sunny Moon Apartments in neighbouring Nai Harn.
