About the project
Besides its condominium in Karon, Art House Group is building 14 villas under the Hennessy Residence name in the same part of Phuket’s west coast. Completion is planned for Q2 2027.
All of them share one plan: three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 431 to 465 m², with Art Deco touches in the design.
By road, Karon Beach is 1.6 km away (around three minutes) and the temple night market 1.7 km. Straight-line figures put Bangkok Hospital Phuket at about 10 km and the airport at 29 km.
The communal spaces lean towards leisure: a multifunctional library with coworking, creative studios, cocktail bars, a Cohiba cigar lounge and planted rooftop areas. There is also a workout zone, a children’s play area, a reception and a laundry.
The payment plan has eight steps: a reservation deposit, contract signing, five construction milestones running up to completion and delivery, and a final payment at the ownership transfer.
