Quinta Lane Villas by Intira Villas is a six-villa development in Rawai, in the south of Phuket. Intira Villas Company Limited is building it, with completion planned for Q3 2027.

Payments are spread over six stages: reservation, the sale and purchase contract, footings, concrete structure, painting, and registration with handover.

The team has been active in Phuket property since 2004 and has delivered multiple villa communities in Rawai, including Intira Villas 1 (16 homes), Intira Villas 2 (nine private pool villas), and Nga Chang by Intira Villas (15 private pool villas), all completed as planned. The company later expanded into rental and property management and now manages around 30 villas in Rawai. In 2024, it launched Quinta Lane by Intira Villas, focused on durable, low-maintenance, energy-efficient homes designed for long-term use.
