About the project
Philia Villas consists of just two villas in Rawai, in the south of Phuket. The Giant Property Development, a local firm that also renovates and resells homes, completed them in Q1 2026.
Both are 320 m² four-bedroom, five-bathroom houses with a private pool, a private terrace and a view of the sea. The design follows biophilic principles, with planting, natural elements and open-air areas woven through the plan.
Friendship Beach is a 1.8 km drive, about five minutes, and Lighthouse International School Phuket 2.0 km, four minutes. In a straight line, Rawai Beach is 2.3 km away, Central Phuket 11 km and the airport 35 km. Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches are in the same part of the island.
The transfer fee for freehold or leasehold is shared equally between buyer and seller. The payment plan moves from reservation and contract to foundation posts, walls and roof slab, finishing and interiors, and handover with the ownership transfer.
