Villa Escape Residence by Burasari is a collection of eight pool villas in the Koh Kaew area of Mueang Phuket. Sales started before construction, and completion is planned for Q3 2028.
The villas tie into the infrastructure of Island Escape by Burasari, the group’s resort on Koh Maphrao (Coconut Island); the developer puts the trip to the main part of Phuket at about 10 minutes. In a straight line Royal Phuket Marina is 6 km away, British International School Phuket 7.6 km and the airport 23 km.
Four-bedroom villas measure 1,183 m² and five-bedroom villas 1,245 m², each with as many bathrooms as bedrooms and a private pool. Seven of the villas have sea views.
Service is hotel-style: a butler, VIP transfers, a private boat and a helipad, along with a private beach, a spa, a jacuzzi and a restaurant.
Freehold carries a 2% registration fee and leasehold 1.1%; the terms also list a 3.3% specific business tax and 1% corporate income tax. Payment is a reservation deposit followed by six instalments. Burasari Group has worked in Phuket since 2002 and also runs Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa in Patong.
