The Mera Villas is a set of six two-storey pool villas under construction in Koh Kaew, Mueang Phuket district, by the developer of the same name. Completion is planned for Q2 2027.
The two formats could hardly differ more: a compact 120 m² villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a 785 m² residence with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Both have high ceilings, a private pool, a landscaped terrace, parking and a laundry area.
Kamala Beach is about 11 km away in a straight line, but Royal Phuket Marina is only 1.8 km off and British International School Phuket 2.6 km, with Bangkok Hospital Phuket at 5.5 km and Central Phuket at 6.6 km. The airport is 19 km away.
