About the project
Botanica Majestia is a planned enclave of 37 private-pool villas in Koh Kaew, Mueang Phuket district. Sales have launched, but construction has not yet begun; Botanica Luxury Villas is targeting completion in Q4 2027.
The main local landmark is the British International School Phuket, about 1.1 km away by road, roughly three minutes’ drive. In a straight line, Royal Phuket Marina is 2.5 km off, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 5.8 km and Central Phuket 6.7 km. The coast is further off: Kamala Beach is 9.5 km away, and the airport 19 km.
Three villa sizes are planned: three bedrooms at 325 m², four bedrooms from 370 to 445 m², and five bedrooms with five bathrooms at 445 m². The site is laid out at low density, and every house has its own pool.
Build time runs from the contract: a villa is finished 14 months after the sale and purchase agreement is signed, or 16 months if it is delivered fully furnished. The developer says it has built and sold more than 31 projects.
