About the project
Katalux Pool Super Villas comprises three large houses in Kata, on Phuket’s south-west coast. The developer, Phuket9 Real Estate Development, has been active on the island since 2004, and completion is expected in Q4 2026.
Each villa has 800 m², five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with its own lift, a private gym, a fully fitted kitchen, storage and laundry rooms, and a private pool.
Kata Beach is only 410 m away in a straight line but 1.4 km by road, a six-minute drive. By road, Dino Park Mini Golf is 960 m away and the Big Buddha 12 km, about 26 minutes. Central Phuket is 10 km and the airport 32 km in a straight line.
Ownership is leasehold, with a 2% registration fee. After a non-refundable reservation, the purchase agreement is signed within 30 days, followed by three instalments spaced no more than four months apart. Phuket9 builds and runs hotels, condominiums and villas, and offers property management after handover.
