Botanica Modern Sea Karon is a 27-villa development in Karon, on Phuket’s south-west coast, now under construction by Botanica Luxury Villas. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027.
Karon Beach is 1.9 km by road, about five minutes’ drive, and the Karon Temple night market only 860 m. Central Phuket is 8.2 km away in a straight line, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 9.7 km and the airport 29 km.
The villas on offer share one layout: four bedrooms, four bathrooms and roughly 660 m², with a private pool and a view over the Andaman Sea. Open-plan rooms flow out to outdoor lounges, and the design pairs clean modern lines with warm natural materials.
