The Passion Residence Urban is a set of four two-storey pool villas on Soi Ta-iad in Chalong, the street known locally as Phuket’s Fitness Street for its gyms and wellness studios. Passion Residence Co., Ltd. is building them for completion in Q4 2027.
Each house has the same 240 m² plan with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Double-height rooms open onto an internal courtyard with a saltwater pool, and there is covered parking. Optional kitchen and furniture packages allow a turnkey move-in.
