Phirunda Pool Villas is a gated, low-density estate of 17 pool villas on Soi Palai in Chalong, Mueang Phuket. Phirunda Development, which has built villas in Chalong before, is the developer; the villas are being built in two phases, of nine and eight houses, with completion expected in 2027.
Several international schools are within a few minutes: Ruamrudee International School (RIS) is 1.3 km by road, Buds 1.9 km, Prasan Gateway 2.6 km and BCIS 3.2 km. Palai Beach is a three-minute drive (1.2 km) and Dolphins Bay Phuket 980 m. Robinson Lifestyle Center is 2 km away, Central Phuket roughly 5.1 km in a straight line.
Two villa types are available: three bedrooms and four bathrooms on 214 m², or four bedrooms and five bathrooms on 327 m². Every villa has a private pool and garden.
The estate has a clubhouse with a gym and lounge, a children’s playground, a park and round-the-clock security with CCTV.
For freehold purchases, registration costs are shared 50/50. The payment plan has four steps: a reservation deposit, the sales and purchase agreement within 30 days, instalments during construction, and the transfer with land registration.
