Mutti Family Villas is a gated estate of 37 villas in Chalong, southern Phuket. The developer, Mutti Development, belongs to the Boon Pakorn group, which has been in construction and development for almost 15 years. Completion is due in Q4 2028.
There are four villa sizes: three bedrooms (372 m²), four (444–446 m²), five (633–669 m²) and six (615–750 m²). Every villa has its own pool and jacuzzi.
