Layan Verde is a 94-unit condominium under construction in Layan, north-west Phuket, by VillaCarte Group, a Phuket developer founded in 2012. Completion is set for Q4 2028.
The buildings step down the natural slope in terraces, with softly curved façades and vertical planting on the walls. The landscaping divides the grounds into more than ten separate open-air areas.
Layan Beach is 1.2 km by road, a three-minute drive. Boat Avenue is 2.6 km and Laguna Golf Phuket 2.8 km in a straight line, with UWC Thailand at 6.2 km and the airport at 9.9 km.
The mix runs from studios of 36–41 m² and one-bedroom units of 52–105 m² to two-bedroom (102–170 m²), three-bedroom (153–264 m²) and four-bedroom apartments of 393–547 m², all on floors 1 to 6 with large windows. A few one- and four-bedroom units have sea views.
Shared facilities include a clubhouse, a restaurant, a pool with a children’s pool, a workout area, a rooftop bar and a sunset barbecue terrace. Payment is spread over six instalments.
