About the project
Surfhouse Residences is a 34-unit boutique condominium in Bang Tao, Choeng Thale, in Phuket’s Thalang district, under construction for completion in Q1 2027. It is the tenth project for SALA Hospitality Group, which has spent more than 20 years running resorts in Thailand.
The building rises to seven floors and the apartments are large. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom units measure 117 m² on floors 2 to 6, and three-bedroom, two-bathroom units run from 139 to 165 m² up to the seventh floor.
Facilities are kept simple: a reception, a workout area and a dedicated pet area, as the building welcomes animals.
Layan Beach is about 2 km away in a straight line, Boat Avenue 2.2 km and Laguna Golf Phuket 2.4 km. UWC Thailand is 4.9 km off and the airport roughly 10 km.
Payment runs from booking and contract through three instalments to a final payment.
