Sunshine Beach is a low-rise condominium of 68 apartments in Pasak, near Layan Beach in the Bang Tao area of Phuket. T.H GROUP (Tenghui) completed it in Q2 2024, and it is ready to move into.
Layan Beach is just 420 m away by road — a one-minute drive. Boat Avenue is 2.5 km and Laguna Golf Phuket 2.8 km in a straight line, with UWC Thailand at 6.4 km and the airport at 10 km.
